Parent Information on Tick Bite Prevention and Care

Introducing our Pin System

YMCA Camp Arrowhead is excited to announce our new attendance system at day camp.  The system will provide each individual Parent and/or Authorized pick up pin code that is unique to them.  The pin code will be used to sign in and sign out your camper each day.  The system will track the date, time and who dropped off/picked up each day.  A signature will also be required by using a stylus pen or your finger.  This 6-digit pin can be found by logging in to your parent dashboard, click “my account”, and you will see all parent pin codes.  For the camper’s safety, we ask that you not share your pin codes as each individual person authorized to pick up has their own code.

Parents/Authorized pick up who forget their pin code will have the option to type in their cell phone number and receive their pin via text right to their phone.  If the Parent/Authorized pick up do not have their cell phone with them, they will need a picture ID.  Once picture ID is shown, a staff member will present you with your pin code.

One-time authorization(s), can be granted by contacting the YMCA Camp Arrowhead in writing via email to stating the campers name to be picked up and who is granted access.  One-time authorizations will need to provide photo ID as they will not be provided a pin code.

*Parents with custody agreements, please call the office directly.
