Looking for a new adventure this summer? Our specialty camp options allow campers to focus on an area of high interest for the duration of the week. Specialty camps may only run for one session throughout the summer so don’t miss your opportunity! There are grade requirements for certain camps. A $25 deposit per session is due at the time of registration for all camps.
Specialty camps be based out of Day Camp unless noted otherwise.
Campers in this program will take their fitness to the next level as they work with counselors and Wellness Coaches on fine tuning their agility and movements. These campers will have access to the SPC center and begin working with free weights. Campers will learn how to make a healthy snack each day.
Enhance your campers swim skills as they fine tune their water movements. This camp will swim twice a day– once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Each session will have a new adventure tackle: snorkeling, scuba diving (age requirement), stand-up paddle-boarding, and more. Campers will enjoy traditional camp activities while not in the water.
Campers will explore a variety of art mediums as they create masterpieces to bring home and share with the family. Each camper will work on a week long art project to display on the Friday Art Show.
This camp is for the kids who love rolling in the dirt and exploring what lives in the grass. Nature camp will teach basic outdoor living skills, intro to gardening, and animal studies. Don’t miss out– this is only offered once this summer!
This camp brings fun to the run. Campers will learn about proper running form and techniques for short verse long distance. Campers will run on the indoor track, sidewalks, and trails. The final day will consist of an obstacle course run. Campers will also enjoy traditional camp activities and games.
Target in on reaching new heights. This camp will run 9:00 am until 12:30 pm for campers entering grades 3-7. Campers will learn about archery equipment and range etiquette as they go through progressive shooting lessons. Rock wall in include knot knowledge and basic rock climbing skills. Campers may register for day or sports camp if they wish to stay the full day.
Love talking about sports and analyzing the games? This camp allows campers to dive into the athletes and stats. During the week campers will follow a variety of matches, games, and practices and develop their own talk show.
Campers entering grades 3-5. Staff will lead a variety of activities focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. We’ll even add Art into the mix to make STEAM! Throughout the week campers will partake in group and individual design challenge and create new memories and friendships.
Dance the day away at Eastside. This camp will include a mix of music, dance, and traditional camp fun. The group will create and learn a routine to preform for the camp during Friday’s theme day. Each day will include time in the studio.

Designed as an into to overnight camps, the sampler program is the perfect way to end your summer. Campers enjoy traditional Eastside day camp Monday and Tuesday before departing to Camp Cory Wednesday morning. For more information on Camp Cory, visit campcory.org.
