Camp Registration

All registrations are completed online using our secure registration system.  This site does not interact with the YMCA Active Registration system. Your Active email and password will not carry over to the system.

Returning families can log in using your 2018 information. All new families will need to create a new family account.

Already registered? Great! Please read through the Parent Handbook 2019 to review Camp Eastside policies. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to reach our Main Desk at 585-341-4000.



There is a $25 deposit due for each session at the time of registration. The minimum deposit is $10 for families applying/receiving financial assistance. There is a $15 sibling discount (full day options) or $10 sibling discount (half day option) for each session multiple children are enrolled. Discount is applied to second + campers.

Health forms and immunizations are required for all campers.

Camp is Monday-Friday. We will offer a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday daily options during session 1 Sampler days. Thursday and Friday are packaged with a field trip Friday. We do not offer daily options outside of session 1.

AM Care (7:00-9:00am) and PM Care (4:00-6:00pm) is included at no additional fee or request. It is offered on an as need basis.

You may add swim lessons, enrichments, or the overnight at any time as long as space is available.

Do not forget to hit the submit button to complete your registration. You will receive an email that your request has been submitted.

You will receive a separate email from Camp Eastside when you request has been processed. This confirmation will include a copy of your contract and invoice.


Campers who attend Camp Eastside have days filled with fun, activity, and both traditional and unique camp experiences.

A typical day at Camp Eastside looks a bit like the one below:

7-9am: Morning Care/Sign-in
9:15-9:30am: Flagpole/Huddle Groups
9:40-11:15: Morning Rotations: Small Group Games/Specialty Activities (rock wall, archery, arts, sports),  Weekly Theme activity.
11:20-11:50 Lunch
11:55-12:25  Counselor led group time
12:30-1:15 pm: Swim Time
1:20-2:05pm: Counselor led group time
2:10-2:55pm: Afternoon rotations
3:00-3:30pm: Unit Time
3:30-4pm: Group huddles/Healthy Snack
4-6pm: After Care/Pick Up

Schedule may vary depending on the unit and age of your camper. Please contact the camp office if you have a specific timing concern regarding the daily schedule.

To be prepared for a full day of fun we recommend the following:

What to Pack

  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen
  • Sneakers or CLOSED TOE SHOES– participants will need sneakers to participate on any climbing structures.
  • Bag lunch that does not require refrigeration or re-heating.
  • Extra change of clothes
  • Swimsuit, towel, and a bag for wet clothes
  • Energy!

We recommend that all campers label everything with their first initial and last name to assure any forgotten items can be returned!

Things to Leave Home

  • Electronics (phones, ipods, tablets, MP3 players, gaming systems)
  • Trading/playing cards
  • Personal items that hold value to family or camper

The YMCA is not responsible for traded, lost, or stolen items brought in by your camper.

Prohibited Items

  • Tobacco (including electronic and chewing), alcohol, drugs
  • Electronic games and devices (including cell phones)
  • Weapons (real or play)
  • Pocket knives
  • Candy, gum, cough drops (due to allergies, campers should not bring candy or snacks to share)
  • Animals
